Starting the scoreboard at zero

Most projects like this are published as a screenshot and a demo video. Neither tells you whether the thing is correct, and for an emulator correct is the only interesting property it has.

So I am building a Game Boy emulator in C++ and publishing the result against the public test ROMs — suites written by people who measured a real console, which disagree with a plausible-looking emulator without mercy. The pass count is the scoreboard, and it starts at zero.

Every claim here ships with its artefact: the spec, the diff, the commit, the test output. Including the failures.
